MARKETING/SALES MANAGER

Overall Responsibilities:     

Responsible for all fund development and public relations efforts including donor cultivation and development, major gifts solicitation, planning and conducting special events and securing corporate and foundation gifts. Responsible to meet fundraising goals, supervise development department staff and serve as a member of the Senior Management team that requires the highest level of decision making responsibilities and confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:    

Master’s Degree and one (1) year experience in Marketing/Sales and Public Relations or Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years experience in Marketing/Sales and Public Relations. Experience in special event planning, and grantsmanship in non-profit sector, management experience with fundraising and development, Valid Indiana Driver’s License, subject to random drug testing.
