Participant Assistance and Care Services (PAC)
By providing a variety of in-home personal care and support services, this comprehensive, individualized one-on-one program enables participants to contribute and live more independently within their family, their own home and their community. Services include, but are not limited to: assistance with personal care, meals, shopping, errands, scheduling appointments, chores, and leisure activities, assistance with and use of assistive devices, personal finance and bill-paying, and escorting the participant to community activities and appointments.
Respite Care Services
Respite is a home-based service providing help and support to a person who cannot stay alone, allowing their family or caregiver the ability to have time away from the care they provide. Trained staff provide in-home assistance with self-care and mobility, accessibility to and from community activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication administration and other non-medical services that are needed by a person while their family is away.
